We DO NOT sell any information. Remote Sessions When the session begins you are asked to download and install a small script applet. This applet will delete itself once the session has ended. Neither you nor the technician will be able to reconnect without establishing a new session. You can regain control of the mouse at anytime simply by "grabbing" it away.
