When the repair is completed and the session is closed, the technician cannot restore the connection without client approval.

  • We only fix PC computers with Windows based operating systems. Sorry, we can no longer service Windows 98 and ME.
    Note: Much of the up-to-date anti-spyware and anti-virus software requires the Windows XP operating system. We do not fix MAC and Unix based computers.
