SSID (Service Set IDentifier)
is a unique name shared among all wireless devices of a wireless network. The SSID must
be identical for each wireless device in the wireless network and it is
case-sensitive.
To increase Network Security, most Wireless Access Points and Wireless Routers
are capable of disabling the SSID from being broadcasted into the open
air. With the SSID Broadcast enabled, someone could obtain your
SSID with simple Site Survey software and possibly gain access to your Wireless
network.
Note: Before disabling SSID Broadcast on

correct SSID for the Range Expander to use. If not, the Range Expander
will not be able to connect to the wireless network.
