I’m unable to access the routers setup page after changing the LAN IP Address, what can I do?

If using DHCP, reboot your machine or release and renew the IP on the network card.
If using static IP addresses, change the computer's IP address to match the new segment and remove the old default gateway and replace with the new LAN IP.
